Wheelchair Vans for Hire License Renewal Process

Effective May 24, 2019(See Revision Note #1 and Revision Note #2 at Chapter heading for Saf-C 5900) #12790, effective 5-24-19Commissioner, Department of Safety

Any currently licensed wheelchair vans shall be eligible for renewal, prior to lapse, by complying with the chair van company requirements set forth in Saf-C 5917.08, and shall be issued a license, commencing with the month of the inspection and expiring on the last day of that month 2 years later.
