1. (a) The division shall conduct site visits, if applicable, without prior notice, for the purpose of auditing the quality of any training program offered by the EMS I/C.

2. (b) During the audit, the division shall, if applicable:

   1. (1) Review course outlines to ensure that the educational training agency is teaching the course(s) as indicated;
   2. (2) Assess the quality of the didactic content and practical skills instruction, to confirm alignment with the course's goals and objectives;
   3. (3) Identify any deficiencies in staff instruction or training equipment;
   4. (4) Confirm that the course encompasses both didactic content and practical skills components; and
   5. (5) Ensure that the equipment to student ratio meets the requirements of Saf-C 5910.03(c)(1)c.
