The following medical professionals who are properly licensed and in good standing with the state of NH may challenge the National Registry examinations in accordance with Saf-C 5914.02 through Saf-C 5914.04:

1. (a) A registered nurse (RN);
2. (b) A physician’s assistant (PA);
3. (c) A medical doctor (MD); or
4. (d) A doctor of osteopathy (DO).
