Authorization Statement of Certification. By signing the “Authority to Establish Courses” form, the EMS I/C shall certify that:

1. (a) The course shall be taught in an interactive learning environment; and
2. (b) The course shall be taught in accordance with the training curriculum standards for which authorization is granted by the division.
