“Letter of concern” means a disciplinary sanction in lieu of license suspension, imposed by the commissioner in accordance with the criteria provided in Saf-C 5922.11 following a sustained complaint of violation of RSA 153-A:13, I, which does not change the status of a license issued under this chapter or impact the privileges associated with such license, unless otherwise provided in this chapter.
