“Basic life support (BLS)” means fundamental medical procedures and the scope of practice in which emergency medical care providers at any of the following licensing levels are trained:

1. (a) Emergency medical responder;
2. (b) New Hampshire emergency medical technician-basic (NH EMT-B); or
3. (c) Emergency medical technician (EMT).
