These rules shall apply to all diesel powered motor vehicles with a manufacturer’s gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds or more and all diesel-powered buses manufactured to carry 25 or more passengers, whether these vehicles are registered in New Hampshire or another jurisdiction.
