- (a) Fingerprints of the individual whose criminal history record is sought shall be submitted with all requests for criminal history record checks for noncriminal justice purposes.
- (b) In addition to the fees established in Saf-C 5703.06, the division shall also collect the fee as set forth in Saf-C 5704.06(b) below, involving fingerprint processing for noncriminal justice purposes.
