For the purpose of a motor vehicle record being requested pursuant to RSA 260:14, V(a)(10), a life insurance company authorized to write life insurance policies in New Hampshire, or its authorized agent, shall not obtain or use a motor vehicle record for use in connection with a claims investigation activity, anti-fraud activity, rating or underwriting that is not related to a life insurance policy.
