Parking Violations

Effective Jan 1, 2002#7621, EXEMPT, eff 1-1-02Commissioner, Department of Safety

If otherwise permitted by law and these rules, motor vehicle records shall be released for parking violations only if the requestor provides all of the following information:

(1) Date of parking violation
(2) License plate of vehicle;
(3) Make of vehicle; and
(4) Plate type.
