"Proof of identity" means, for the purposes of RSA 260:14, III, RSA 260:14, IV and 260:14, V(a), a valid drivers license with a photograph if licensed, a valid photo identification card, a passport, a birth certificate, or an identification card issued by a law enforcement agency or place of employment.
