1. (a) The division shall maintain a law enforcement list of all tier I, tier II, and tier III offenders required to register pursuant to RSA 651-B, and all offenders reported to the division pursuant to RSA 651-B:4.
2. (b) The law enforcement list shall include the information outlined in RSA 651-B:7, II.
3. (c) The law enforcement list shall not be made available to the public but shall be made available to law enforcement officials for valid law enforcement purposes.
