1. (a) Sex offenders or offenders against children shall report information required in form DSSP 311 “Offender Registration Information”, as amended November 2022, to officials in charge of their release from the department of corrections and to local law enforcement agencies registering sex offenders or offenders against children under RSA 651-B:3, I.
2. (b) The sex offender or offender against children shall sign the DSSP 311, effective November 2022, and by signing the form, the offender is acknowledging that he or she has read and understood all of the acknowledgments, and that all the information he or she has provided on the form is correct.
