1. (a) Every sexual offender, irrespective of the date of the conviction of the sexual offense(s) listed in RSA 651-B:1, V, shall register when he or she is released into the community as provided in RSA 651-B:3.
2. (b) Every offender against children, irrespective of the date of the conviction of the offense(s) listed in RSA 651-B: 1, VII, shall register when released into the community as provided in RSA 651-B:3.
