- (a) Each student enrolled in an ERC shall use their own motorcycle.
- (b) Each student enrolled in an ERC pursuant to (a) above shall be responsible for the safety of their own motorcycle.
- (c) No moped or off-road motorcycle shall be used by a student in the motorcycle rider education program course or instructor preparation course.
