Each student shall wear protective gear, including:
- (a) Sturdy gloves made of leather or a heavy weight material;
- (b) Over-the-ankle boot with a heel no greater than 2.5 inches in height;
- (c) Long-sleeved shirt or jacket;
- (d) Long pants made of a heavyweight material with non-flare bottoms; and
- (e) A helmet with eye protection which meets United States department of transportation (USDOT) federal motor vehicle safety standard 218.
