- (a) No personnel other than those directly responsible for discharge of the display shall be allowed on such barge during the display.
- (b) No smoking shall be allowed on any vessel containing display fireworks.
- (c) All marine vessels, or floating platforms shall be anchored at the discharge site before any of the mortar tubes are loaded.
