Installation of Mortars

- (a) A cleaning tool shall be utilized for cleaning debris out of the mortars between firings.
- (b) Mortars shall be inspected before the first shells are loaded to ensure that no water or debris has accumulated in the bottom of the mortar.
- (c) Display operators and assistants shall use only flashlights or electric lighting for artificial illumination.
