- (a) A magazine containing display fireworks shall be inspected at a minimum of every 7 days to determine whether there has been an unauthorized entry or attempted entry into the magazine or to determine whether there has been unauthorized removal of the magazine.
- (b) In addition to (a) above, a magazine containing display fireworks shall be opened at a minimum of every 7 days to determine whether there has been unauthorized removal of any of the contents of the magazine.
