Containers of display fireworks shall be stored by being laid flat with top sides up. Corresponding sizes, grades, and brands shall be stored together within a magazine in such a manner that size, grade, and brand marks are easily visible upon inspection. Stocks of display fireworks shall be stored so as to be easily counted and checked.
