Storage Requirements

- (a) Display fireworks shall be kept in magazines which meet the requirements of these rules.
- (b) An outdoor magazine used for unattended overnight storage of display fireworks shall not be less than one cubic yard in size.
- (c) Display fireworks shall be stored in a type 4 magazine in compliance with the rules set forth in Saf-C 5009, or in types 1, 2 or 3 as set forth in Saf-C 1610, Saf-C 1611 and Saf-C 1612.
