- (a) No person shall sell or transfer ownership of any display fireworks without making a record. The record shall be kept by the transferor for at least 5 years from the date of the sale.
(b) The record in (a) above shall contain the following:
- (1) The name and address of the receiver;
- (2) The date of transfer;
- (3) The type and quantity of display fireworks sold;
- (4) The serial number and lot number of the display fireworks, if any; and
- (5) If the explosive material is to be used within the State of New Hampshire, the name and competency certificate number of the conductor of the display.
