1. (a) Each agency authorized in RSA 261-B to issue decals shall file an annual report with the director of motor vehicles, for a period expiring on June 30 of each year, and in electronic or paper format, due no later than July 30 of each year.
2. (b) The report required in (a) above shall include the information outlined in RSA 261-B:3, I (a) through (h).
3. (c) Each agency authorized in RSA 261-C to issue decals shall file an annual report with the director of motor vehicles, for a period expiring on June 30 of each year, and in electronic or paper format, due no later than July 30 of each year.
4. (d) The report required in (c) above shall include the information outlined in RSA 261-C:4, II.
