N.H. Code Admin. R. Saf-C 521.08 – Payment of Fines

(a) Fines may be paid in person. If a fine is paid in person it shall be made at:
Department of Safety
Division of Motor Vehicles
Bureau of Registration
23 Hazen Drive
Concord, NH.
(b) Fines may be paid by mail. If a fine is paid by mail, it shall be mailed to:
Department of Safety
Division of Motor Vehicles
Bureau of Registration
23 Hazen Drive
Concord, NH 03305.
(c) Fines may be paid in cash if made in person, or personal check, cashier's check, or money order in person or by mail.
(d) For the purposes of (c), checks shall be made payable to "NH Department of Safety".
(e) A protested check shall be pursued as specified in Saf-C 211.
