- (a) If the hearing examiner determines that the owner is liable for the violation, the hearing examiner shall suspend the owner’s renewal registration privileges for the offending motor vehicle.
- (b) In addition to the notice of suspension ordered, the hearing examiner shall make a recommendation for the fine consistent with the uniform administrative fine schedule set forth in Saf-C 521.07.
- (c) No fine shall be assessed unless it is first determined by the commissioner to be consistent with the uniform fine schedule set forth in Saf-C 521.07.
