1. (a) Walking disability plates shall be renewed in accordance with the requirements of Saf-C 511.
2. (b) Each person who has a walking disability plate or walking disability vanity plate shall submit a form RDMV 130 (rev.8/21) to the department during the month of the applicant’s registration renewal every 5 years.
3. (c) Walking disability placards shall be valid for 5 years from the person’s date of birth, or, if an organization, during the organization’s month of renewal set forth in Saf-C 510.08.
4. (d) Each person who has a permanent walking disability placard shall submit form RDMV 130 (rev.8/21) to the department during the month of the person’s date of birth every 5 years.
