- (a) Upon submission of an application that might indicate a lack in qualification or fitness for appointment as a municipal agent, the director shall require an applicant to appear for a personal interview.
- (b) The director shall inform the applicant in writing of the interview. The written notice shall include the date, time, and location of the interview.
- (c) In the event an applicant refuses or neglects to appear for a scheduled interview, the director shall deny the applicant’s application.
