1. (a) Upon submitting the application as set forth above, the owner shall furnish positive proof of identification to the department.

2. (b) Proof shall include one or more of the following:

   1. (1) Current driver license or driver license which has expired no more than 12 months prior to the date of application;
   2. (2) Current passport;
   3. (3) Military discharge papers;
   4. (4) Current non-driver identification card or non-driver identification card which has expired no more than 12 months prior to the date of application;
   5. (5) A birth certificate;
   6. (6) Military identification card;
   7. (7) A government issued identification;
   8. (8) An employee photo identification card;
   9. (9) Permanent resident card; or
   10. (10) Naturalization certificate.
