1. (a) An entity that wants to have its training program accepted under these rules shall submit to the commissioner the following:

   1. (1) The training program’s curriculum; and
   2. (2) A copy of the training program’s educational materials.
2. (b) Upon receipt of a request for approval of its training program, the fire marshal shall schedule a time for the entity to provide a presentation.
