Change of Address

Effective Jun 2, 2006#8650, eff 6-2-06Commissioner, Department of Safety

(a) All certificate holders shall notify the department in writing of any change of address.
(b) Written notification shall be sent to the following address:
NH State Fire Marshal’s Office
Division of Fire Safety
33 Hazen Drive
Concord, NH 03305
