- (a) Pursuant to RSA 376:13, the filing of a certificate of insurance or indemnity bond with the bureau shall be a prerequisite to operation by common or contract carrier.
- (b) The bureau shall only accept insurance policies issued by insurance companies licensed with the New Hampshire insurance department.
