“Overtime” means a base hourly pay rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay for the specific officer, unless the officer is overtime-exempt per the Fair Labor Standards Act, plus validated benefits associated with New Hampshire retirement system, workers compensation, and unemployment insurance.
