- (a) The commissioner shall issue a decision on a petition, based on the commissioner’s consideration of the criteria set forth in Saf-C 416.07, within 60 days after the completion of the hearing held pursuant to these rules.
- (b) The decision regarding any petition pursuant to these rules shall be in writing and shall include findings of fact and rulings of law.
