1. (a) Pursuant to RSA 270-D:4, a person shall obtain a permit from the commissioner to engage in the following activities:

   1. (1) Waterski slalom;
   2. (2) Waterski jump;
   3. (3) Fishing tournament or derby;
   4. (4) Waterski show;
   5. (5) Boat races;
   6. (6) Boat parade;
   7. (7) Parasailing; or
   8. (8) Other water event.

2. (b) An application for a permit shall be obtained by calling the division at (603) 293-0091 or in writing to the following:

   Department of Safety

   Bureau of Marine Patrol

   31 Dock Road

   Gilford, NH 03249-7627
