N.H. Code Admin. R. Saf-C 3603.05 – Dissemination of Information

(a) The chief of the law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over a school zone shall receive the information relative to drug activity within a drug-free school zone.
(b) Notification of the drug activity shall be by telephone.
