1. (a) The department or an agency shall notify a manufacturer with an approved building system of area(s) of non-compliance which, if not corrected, shall result in a denial of the approval of the building system.
2. (b) The notification pursuant to (a) above shall be in writing and shall set forth the areas of non-compliance to be corrected.
3. (c) Upon receipt of the notification, the manufacturer shall have no more than 30 days, or a mutually agreed upon time frame, to correct the area(s) of non-compliance. Upon verification by the department or the agency that the area(s) of non-compliance are corrected, the manufacturer shall receive a written statement from the department or an agency indicating acceptance of the corrective action.
4. (d) If a manufacturer has not corrected the area(s) of non-compliance described in the notification pursuant to (b) above after 30 days, or the mutually agreed upon time frame, the department shall schedule a hearing to determine whether the manufacturer’s certification shall be revoked or suspended pursuant to the requirements of Saf-C 3312.03.
