In the event an antique vehicle was manufactured without a windshield, the inspection sticker shall be attached to the vehicle registration rather than being affixed to some other portion of the vehicle. For on-demand stickers, on-demand sticker backers and printed informational inserts shall be attached to the backside of the VIR, and the VIR shall then be attached to the owner’s registration.
