1. (a) A motorcycle shall be rejected if:

   1. (1) It is not equipped with a rear view mirror;
   2. (2) The rear view mirror is loosely mounted, so that the driver’s rear vision is impaired;
   3. (3) The rear view mirror is mounted in a position so that it cannot be adjusted from the driver's seat;
   4. (4) The driver’s rear vision is obscured because the glass is cracked, pitted or clouded;
   5. (5) The rear view mirror has sharp edges; or
   6. (6) The rear view mirror is less than 2 inches in diameter.
