(a) A motorcycle shall be rejected if:
- (1) Any electrical switch is not in good condition or is not attached;
- (2) Any electrical switch does not work;
- (3) Any portion of the electrical wiring shows signs of burning, short circuiting, or bare or uninsulated wires;
- (4) The wiring is improperly installed; or
- (5) Any connection is not tight.
