Inspection of Fuel System

In addition to the reason stated in Saf-C 3219.01(a)(3), a vehicle shall be rejected if the fuel filler cap is:
- (1) Missing;
- (2) Loose;
- (3) Degraded to the point that vapors could escape; or
- (4) Improperly fitted.
