1. (a) A rigid venetian blind shall be permitted on the rear-most window of a vehicle if attached

   so that there is no possibility of the blind shifting.

2. (b) The blind shall be designed so that it permits a clear vision of the road and cannot be closed.
3. (c) The blind shall be made of a material that will not reflect a shadow which interferes with or distorts the driver’s rear vision.
4. (d) Outside rear view mirrors shall be required on both the left and right side of the vehicle for the use of the driver and a front seat passenger.
