Credit for Unused Stickers

- (a) Unused traditional colored backings and numerical monthly inserts shall be turned in to the department for a credit voucher.
- (b) Damaged traditional colored backings and numerical monthly inserts shall be returned to the department but no credit voucher shall be issued.
- (c) No credit shall be allowed for traditional colored backings older than the previous inspection period.
