- (a) Each inspection station owner, partner, and officer listed on form RDMV 705 shall notify the department, in writing, of any pending change in the ownership of the business, no later than 30 days prior to the effective date.
- (b) If all of the owners, partners and officers listed on form RDMV 705 are being changed, all unissued traditional colored backings and numerical monthly inserts, sticker stubs and books shall be surrendered to the department, and all on-demand sticker backings shall be surrendered to the supplier, immediately after the close of business on the last day of ownership, or the next business day, and a new application shall be submitted as required by Saf-C 3204.02.
