Students with Individual Education Plans

- (a) Any student with an individual education plan or other school team plan shall not be required to comply with Saf-C 3110.04(g) and (i), or any provision of these rules that conflicts with his/her individual education plan or other school team plan, except the remaining requirements set forth in Saf-C 3110.04, as well as the requirements set forth in Saf-C 3110.05(a)(1).
- (b) If a student attends an approved drivers’ school that is not provided by a school district, that student’s local school district shall not be prohibited from assisting the instructor in complying with the student’s individual education plan.
