N.H. Code Admin. R. Saf-C 3120.04 – Expired Driver Education Standard Certificate

(a) A person with an expired CDL driver education standard certificate may apply for a renewal of a driver education standard certificate if:
1. (1) The certificate has not been expired for more than 3 years;
2. (2) The person provides documentation of approved professional development; and
3. (3) The person meets the requirements of Saf-C 3119.03.
