- (a) Each Approved CDL drivers’ school shall inform each applicant for admission about the nature of the program and the training required.
- (b) Each Approved CDL drivers’ school shall publish the admission requirements and shall file the requirements with the division.
- (c) No approved CDL drivers’ school shall accept a student under 18 years of age for training.
