Advertisements and Promotional Literature

- (a) No approved drivers’ school shall publish, advertise or insinuate that a driver license is guaranteed or assured.
- (b) Advertisements and promotional literature shall avoid false, misleading or exaggerated impressions.
- (c) No approved drivers’ school shall use the word “accredited” or any of its synonyms unless it indicates the agency or organization that has granted such accreditation.
- (d) An approved drivers’ school may use the words “licensed by the department of safety” and no other words to indicate compliance with RSA 263.
- (e) An approved drivers’ school shall be responsible for all acts of commission or omission of its field representatives involved in student recruitment.
