1. (a) All driver education vehicles shall be equipped with the following:

   1. (1) Accident report forms;
   2. (2) Emergency triangles; and

   3. (3) A first aid kit which, at a minimum, includes the following:

      1. a. Adhesive tape, 1” x 2 ½ yards;
      2. b. Sterile gauze pads;
      3. c. Five ¾” x 3” adhesive bandages;
      4. d. Assorted bandage compresses, including 2” and 3” sizes;
      5. e. Sterile gauze roller bandages, 2” x 6”;
      6. f. Two non-sterile triangular bandages, approximately 40" x 36" x 54";
      7. g. Safety pins;
      8. h. Two sterile gauze pads, 36" x 36";

      9. i. Sterile eye pads;

         j Round end scissors; and

      10. k. One pair of latex gloves.

2. (b) All driver education vehicles shall allow the driver to adjust the seat to reach the pedals by:

   1. (1) Moving up or down and forward or backward;
   2. (2) Utilizing the seat cushions; or
   3. (3) Utilizing pedal extensions.
3. (c) All driver education vehicles shall be equipped with a cellular telephone or other similar device to be used in emergency situations.
