(a) All driver education vehicles shall have:
- (1) An instructor’s inside mirror to afford the instructor unobstructed vision to the rear of the vehicle, except with CDL vehicles; and
- (2) Outside rear view mirrors, one on the left and one on the right of the vehicle, adjusted for each student’s use.
- (b) Vanity mirrors or mirrors attached to sun visors shall not be used to meet the requirements of (a) above.
