Vehicle Inspection Requirements

- (a) All driver education vehicles shall comply with the provisions of RSA 266:1 and the rules adopted thereunder.
- (b) Failure to comply with (a) above, shall result in an immediate vehicle registration suspension until such time as the vehicle is in compliance with the provisions of RSA 266:1 and the rules adopted thereunder.
- (c) No instruction shall occur in a driver education vehicle that has a mechanical malfunction.
